Our employee referral program encourages you to introduce your talented friends, family members, or former colleagues to career opportunities at Concentrix. (Remember to refer people who will be pleased to provide your full name as reference).
If you refer a person who then is hired, you may receive a $100.00 US Referal Bonus* (this amount is subject to change based on business needs). To receive this reward, you and your referral must be employed by Concentrix El Salvador when the reward payment is made.
ELIGIBILITY:
1. All active employees are eligible to participate.
2. HR Staff, Executive Management (Sr. Team Manager and above) and Interns are not eligible to receive a referral bonus.
3. All external candidates for permanent positions, Full-time and Part-time are eligible to be referred.
HOW DO YOU SEND YOUR REFERRALS?
You can send your referral information, visiting www.friendsat.work. If it’s your first time visiting our web page, you would have to create your own account by using your Oracle ID/Employee ID and email (it could be your corporate or personal email address).
QUALIFICATIONS TO THE PROGRAM:
1. Candidates hired for Spanish accounts do not qualify as referrals for bonus and raffles.
2. If your friend was previously referred by another active gamechanger within the previous 3 months period, bonus and points will be awarded to the first gamechanger that referred them.
3. You must submit your referral before he or she applies through any other source(Social media, Job boards, ect) and make sure he or she has not started the seleccion process (Screening, Testing, Interview, ect)
4. Your referral will be valid for a three-month period. If after these three months they are not hired, you will need to resubmit their information (accurate) in the tool in order to be considered for the bonus.
5. If they are hired from a different source (Social media, Job boards, etc.) after the three-month period, the new source will be contemplated.
6. Your candidate will be contacted a number of three times, if during those times your referral fails to answer or come to our offices the process will be closed and if not hired after a 3 month period after the information was sent to F@W, you will need to resend the information in order to be considered for the bonus again.
7. You or your referral might be required to confirm your acquaintance to clarify any doubts in regards of the bonus applicability.
BONUS PAYOUT INFORMATION:
- You and your referred candidates must be active employees by the bonus payout date.
- The referral bonus amount is $100.00 US; this amount is subject to change based on business needs.
- You will receive 50% of your payment once your friend has reached 30 days tenure in the company and the remaining 50% when your friend has reached 60 days with us. These payments are performed within payroll calendar policies.
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:
- When you refer a friend through email or web page, you will receive a communication from the recruiting team within 72 hours to inform you the outcome of the phone pre-screen.
- When your referral is invited to continue with the recruiting process on site or if your referral come directly to the site, you will receive a communication from the recruiting team within 72 hours to inform you the outcome of the onsite Recruiting Process.
- We don’t have a limit per referral, the more candidates you refer, the more money
you get and the more friends you help get a job.
